Intuitive Therapy Sessions

This is therapy—but not the kind you're used to.

In our sessions, we integrate traditional therapeutic techniques with Reiki and Theta Healing to address the whole you—mind, body, energy, and soul. We don't just talk about your anxiety or your past. We work directly with your nervous system, your subconscious beliefs, and your energetic body to clear the blocks that keep you stuck.

  • We meet weekly or biweekly for 50-60 minute sessions. Each session integrates talk therapy, somatic work, and energy healing based on what your body and intuition are guiding us toward. This isn't a rigid protocol—it's responsive, intuitive, and tailored to you.

Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that clears blockages, restores balance, and allows your body's natural healing intelligence to activate.

In a Reiki session, I work directly with your energetic field to release what's been stuck—trauma, anxiety, grief, fear—without you having to talk about it, relive it, or even fully understand it. Your body knows what needs to heal. Reiki creates the space for that to happen.

    • You're carrying stress, tension, or emotional heaviness in your body

    • You feel energetically "off" or drained

    • You want deep relaxation and nervous system regulation

    • You're open to healing that doesn't require talking or analyzing

  • You'll lie fully clothed on a massage table while I place my hands lightly on or above your body, channeling healing energy to where it's needed most. Most clients describe feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, and lighter after a session. Some experience emotional release, clarity, or physical sensations like warmth or tingling.

    Sessions are 60 minutes and can be done as a standalone service or in combination with therapy.

    We can debrief a reiki session in therapy, however this would be an out-of-pocket expense ($150/session)

Theta Healing Sessions

Theta Healing is a powerful technique that allows us to access your subconscious mind and connect directly with your higher self to identify and release the root belief that's been keeping you stuck.

This is where we stop guessing. Through Theta, we bypass your conscious mind and go straight to the source—the limiting belief, the energetic block, the unhealed wound—and clear it at the deepest level.


    • You keep repeating the same pattern and can't figure out why

    • You've done "all the work" but still feel blocked

    • You want answers your conscious mind doesn't have access to

    • You're ready for rapid, targeted transformation

  • In a Theta session, I guide you into a deeply meditative state where we connect to your subconscious and higher self. Together, we identify the core belief or block that's been running the show—often something you didn't even know was there. Then we release it and replace it with a belief that serves your highest good.

    This work is fast, precise, and incredibly powerful. Clients often experience shifts that would have taken months or years in traditional therapy.

    Sessions are 60-90 minutes ($150) and can be done as a standalone service or integrated into ongoing therapy.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is one of the most powerful—and most misunderstood—modalities for rapid, lasting change.

Let's clear up what it's not: It's not stage hypnosis. You're not going to cluck like a chicken or lose control. You won't be unconscious or unaware. You'll be fully present, deeply relaxed, and more connected to your subconscious mind than you've ever been.

Here's what hypnotherapy actually is:

It's a scientifically-backed method for accessing your subconscious mind—the part of you that holds your deepest beliefs, memories, and automatic patterns—and reprogramming it at the root.

Your subconscious controls 95% of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It's where your childhood conditioning lives. It's where your trauma responses are stored. It's where your limiting beliefs about yourself, money, love, and safety were formed—often before you even had language to understand them.

And your conscious mind can't override it.

That's why you can know logically that you're worthy, safe, or capable—but still feel anxious, undeserving, or stuck. Because your subconscious is running a different program.

Some clients experience vivid imagery or memories. Others just feel deeply relaxed and leave with a sense of clarity and lightness. Either way, the subconscious does the work—often before your conscious mind even realizes something has shifted.

You'll remain in full control the entire time. You can open your eyes, speak, or stop the session whenever you want. Hypnotherapy is collaborative, not coercive. I'm not "doing something to you"—I'm guiding you to access your own inner wisdom and healing capacity.
